Age Limit:
- Flying Branch:-
20 to 24 years as of 01 January 2025 i.e. born between 02 January 2001 to 01 January 2005 (both dates inclusive). The upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable up to 26 years i.e. born between 02 January 1999 to 01 January 2005 (both dates inclusive). - Ground Duty (Technical/ Non-Technical) Branches:-
20 to 26 years as on 01 January 2025 i.e. born between 02 January 1999 to 01 January 2005 both dates Inclusive).
Educational Qualification for Air Force AFCAT Recruitment 2023:
Flying Branch:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 Level / B.E / B.Tech Course.
Ground Duty Technical:-
- Aeronautical Engineering Electronics: 10+2 Intermediate Min 60% Marks in Physics and Math and Min 04 Years Graduation / Integrated PG Degree in Engineering / Technology
- Aeronautical Engineering Mechanical: Candidates with Min 60% Marks Each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 Level and 04 Years Engineering / Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Equivalent Degree
Ground Duty Non-Technical:-
- Administration and Logistics: Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream with at Least Min 60% Marks
- Accounts: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce B.Com with at Least Min 60% Marks
- Education: MBA / MCA / MA / M.Sc. Degree with 50% Marks
- Meteorology: Master’s Degree in any Stream From any Recognized University
NCC Special Entry (Flying):-
- NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ certificate and Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 Level / B.E / B.Tech Course
